This site serves as the repository to complement the publication A Method for the Detection of Meaningful and Reproducible Groups Signatures from Gene Expression Profiles.
The results from this research project include the creation of group profiles from gene expression data. Specifically, we have created group profiles, or signatures, that are representative of different therapeutic classes/mechanisms, as defined by their ATC (Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System) code.
The right panel provides links to the full results for all groups at ATC level 3 and 4, as well as the supplemental tables described in the manuscript.
